IFLRY hosts its General Assembly and Conference in Thessaloniki
IFLRY recently spent 4 wonderful days in Thessaloniki, where we held our General Assembly between 1st-4th June and a subsequent 3-day seminar on Youth Autonomy and Economic Self-Determination. During the weekend that Trump announced the American withdrawal from the Paris Agreement, around 100 young liberal activists from around the world gathered to discuss pressing political issues, exchange best-practices and stand up to fight climate change. Read our summary of the General Assembly in more details here.

My Time at IFLRY’s General Assembly in Thessaloniki
”On the first day I kind of followed my other delegate members, who obviously had a lot of experience and knew what to do. They explained about the procedures, which parties were also present and what views they had, so that later that day, when the first session of the GA started, I was prepared.” Click here to read the article in full…
IFLRY’s Seminar on Youth Entrepreneurship and Autonomy
”Another highlight for me was a role play, which took place on Tuesday. Having separated in to stakeholder groups to develop our position on a burger restaurant proposal, we all dove into our roles and tried to defend our given positions with reasoning.” Click here to read the article in full…
